Mr. Torpie has been teaching science at New Milford High School since 2001.  Before that, he was a teacher in New York City for 17 years.  Mr. Torpie has a Bachelors in Science from LeMoyne College, and a Masters in Education from Hunter College.  As well as teaching science, Mr. Torpie is assistant coach for the Cross Country team.
