I am ecstatic to embark on my teaching career at New Milford High School, teaching 9th grade Environmental Science and Honors Biology. I am originally from Minnesota, and earned a B.S. in Biology from the University of Minnesota, followed by a certification in teaching high school life science courses. While in college, I dabbled in student research and pre-med courses/experience (such as becoming an EMT), finally landing on education as my calling. In my free time, I love to do anything active and outside, such as running, hiking, and fishing. I also enjoy reading, music/art, and spending time with friends, family, and my pet bunny, Flapjack. My top priority is to help my students succeed in their high school experience and beyond!

 

My extra help is on Tuesday morning or Thursday afternoon.
