Hi, my name is Erin Backo and I am the Physical Education teacher at B.F. Gibbs Elementary School. I am starting my 25th year at Gibbs School and received my Bachelor of Science degree from William Paterson University in 1996.

After being on my feet all week, I enjoy spending time with my family. I love watching David & Hailey play in their baseball & softball games, going out to eat and just relaxing at home.

Walking, working out and sitting down (sometimes) is part of my daily routine.  I love being a PE teacher and putting a smile on my students faces never gets old.
